We are able to accept orders by telephone, fax, email and post. Please ensure that you include as much information as possible when submitting your order.

Essential information required includes: - invoice address, delivery address, full item descriptions, method of payment, purchase order number (if applicable), any delivery restrictions and your anticipated delivery date. We will respond to your order by issuing an Order Acknowledgement with confirmation of the details and order submitted. If there are any queries with regards to your order, you will be contacted immediately. Consequently, upon receiving your order acknowledgement, please check it without delay and contact the sales office with any anomalies. You will be contacted prior to delivery with notification of your allotted delivery time and confirmation that it is acceptable to deliver the goods as arranged.

We accept payment by the following methods: - Cash, Credit Cards (not Amex), Debit Cards, Cheques, BACS & Bankers Drafts. We also have a new leasing facility (see below)

Lease Option

We are pleased to announce that Eden Contract Furniture are able to offer the option of leasing your furniture as well as a straight forward purchase. Although it is relatively rare in the world of contract furniture to offer this facility, we have seen and increasing demand for this service. It provides an affordable, flexible solution and at the same time protects your working capital and reduces your taxable profits.

When starting or growing a business, cash is often in short supply. This is where leasing can assist in the purchase, offering a number of crucial benefits: -

Fabric For Upholstery

We are able to offer a vast selection of fabric to suit all designs, both in terms of style and practicality. Our prices for upholstered furniture or seat pads, includes using a quality fabric at up to £12.00 per metre. This encompasses all of our most popular fabric ranges from Crowsons, Ambla, Sinclair, Sunbury & Boynett who between them manufacture a wide choice of high quality Vinyl’s, Flatweave’s, Draylon’s & Leather’s. All of our fabrics used, meet the UK regulations on fire and combustion. This even includes our cushions for exterior furniture. If you would like a price for one of our products with a higher price fabric, we will gladly quote for this. We are able to use a customers’ own fabric, if required, in order to match existing patterns or designs.

Wood Finishes

Most of our wood furniture is available to be finished in any colour required. The most popular colour finishes are Natural, Walnut, Mahogany, Cherry and Oak, but almost anything is possible! Recently we have supplied chairs in blues, greens, reds and yellows. Once the correct colour has been obtained, they are sealed with a lacquer topcoat to give toughness and durability. A small proportion of our furniture is purchased pre-finished in certain colours, so please telephone with your requirements or for advice.

Metal Finishes

Many of our Italian chairs and table bases are available with a wide choice of frame finishes, some specifically designed for external use. Internal finishes available are black, white, dark grey, mid grey, hammered grey, hammered bronze, brushed aluminium, dark green, brushed gold, blue and bordeaux. Special internal finishes are polished chrome, satin chrome and bright gold. External finishes available are black, hammered grey, green and brushed aluminium. Personalisation of Glass & Aluminium Table Tops And Privacy Screens

We offer a service to personalise certain items within our range to give your premises a unique look. We are able to sand blast and etch designs onto both glass and aluminium table tops and also have access to a unique process, which uses an exclusive design film on both glass tops and glass screens. This design film can accommodate logos, pictures and slogans in an array of colours. Even our wooden privacy screens can be personalised with various ‘cut out’ top options to suit your needs.

Assembly Of Products

Some of our products require simple assembly. We offer our customers a service whereby we assemble the goods prior to delivery or on site. Prices and details of this facility are available from the sales office. It is essential that this service is booked at the point of ordering to ensure that time is allotted to assemble your goods.
